➤We ship all orders insured, your order is protected against losses or poor handling by the USPS. You must contact us within 1 week of delivery of any concerns. ALL insurance claims for lost or damaged orders must be filed within 30 days of shipment in the USA or 60 days for out of country.

PLEASE make sure it is correct, that is the one we ship to. If you need to change your address, please let us know promptly.

If we need to reship an order due to misinformation supplied, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, this responsibility is the customers. We will not refund due to wrong address.

➤Please realize we are all at the mercy of the USPS, while they are usually pretty good about getting packages to you in a timely matter, sometimes they fail. I ask that you do not count this against our store. They are a different company and are not a part of us.

➤SHIPPING TIME - IN THE USA - most orders are received within 3-6 business days once package has been shipped!!!

➤Domestic Mail in the USA
Small orders are shipped by 1st Class. If your package is over 13 ounces it will be shipped by Parcel Post. This usually takes 10-14 days to be delivered. If you need it sooner, please ask & see if Priority is available, it does cost more though.

➤We do not ship to G.D. addresses.

➤PERSONAL -VS- BUSINESS ADDRESS
We will no longer ship personal orders to a business address, unless you are the owner. We will only ship to your personal address. Please notify us immediately if you need to change your address as it will delay your order. BUSINESS OWNERS we will ship to you, but we cannot put your name, it must be your business name & a recognized business name to the address, you must be the owner. We will not guarantee a personal delivery to a work address, nor will we replace it if you choose to have it delivered there.

If you are ordering more than 1 item, PLEASE contact us prior to ordering. We will see if we can give you a better combined shipping price. Due to weight fluctuations of our items it makes it very difficult to impossible to calculate multiple items within the shipping system.

➤INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME (outside the USA)
The average shipping time is 10-15 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, which takes an estimated 3-8 weeks to arrive. BUT it can take up to 8 weeks due to "Customs' Inspections", neither you, nor I can control this! Please allow plenty of time for your order's shipment.

EXPRESS shipping in NOT available for Out of Country orders as there is no guaranteed delivery date.

➤BRAZIL can take 8 to 12 weeks to receive a package! Please allow enough time to receive your order.

➤ADDITIONAL CHARGES BY YOUR COUNTRY
Customers are responsible for ALL customs, VAT and brokerage fees assessed by your country.

If you do not wish to pay customs fees, please do not order as we will not refund your order, if it is "not claimed" at the Post Office.

➤UK CUSTOMERS
Please be advised the UK has become very aggressive for out of country orders, they charge a tax on all packages over the value of £15 & up, they take into account your order, shipping & insurance, VAT (sales tax) is payable at 23%, in addition there is a flat rate Royal Mail handling fee of £8. All VATS are the responsibility of the customer, not the exporting country, The Lonely Heart Co or Etsy.

➤EU CUSTOMERS
This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are offering an invitation to treat. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Neither submitting an electronic order form, nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other (i.e. these terms will not apply to your order until we accept your contract by dispatching the Goods).

➤We are unable to ship to Germany due to country's recycling license regulations. Orders will be canceled & refunded.

➤It is the customer's responsibility to know what can & cannot be imported to their country lawfully. If you order something & it is illegal to import we cannot refund your order.

We will not personalize items with obscenities, curse words nor derogatory remarks. We will cancel & refund order promptly.
