Shop policies
Everything in my shop is designed by me, and then the rest of the team gets stuck in to make sure it all happens 'just so'. Our printing is, sewing, and other bits of production, are all done by local individuals and businesses not far from the studio.
Returns and exchanges

I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If an order doesn’t arrive with the buyer within 60 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), we will re-send a replacement, but this will happen one time only. After that, it’s a loss for both of us, and we’ll just have to jointly curse the post office.
RETURNING GOODS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. If it is still in the condition in which we sent it, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
NB: Before returning an item, please email us to let us know what you plan to do.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a clear photograph of the problem. Any damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.

NOTE: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Skinny laMinx is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
